We are hiring for Head HR at Jaipur Location, who can manage entire HR Services i.e. 

Social Audit: execution and renewals of different social audits i.e., SA8000:2014, ISO9001:2015, SEDEX & C-TPAT, other 3rd party audits 

HR Process: Automization, setting up HR policies, procedures and system, ISO Audit & HR 5S. 

Manpower Planning/Staffing: Recruitment & Selection.

Performance Management & Organization Development: Review development of appraisal policies & procedure. 

Learning & Development-

HRIS/MIS: Overall HR MIS i.e. Dashboards HR Cost (Budgeted vs. Accrual), etc.

Payroll Management: End to end payroll management.

-Employee Engagement, Empowerment, Communication and Counselling. 

Employee Care: Health check-up, Health & Safety Drive, Safety Training, grievance minimization.

Industrial Relation: other government compliances including statutory compliance, labour law and arbitration. 

Min Experience: 8-10 years (with age below 42 years)
